Ningbo Beilun Port Phase III road and storage yard (460,000 square meters) were not available for walking on the newly blown fly ash ground. After treated by the fast HVDM technique for about 30 days, the characteristic value of bearing capacity has been rapidly increased from fak-0kpa to 120kPa. Coal Wharf Phase IV-V of Meishan Port would continue to use the core technique.
