The total planned area was 311.6 square kilometers, of which 45% was reclaimed land. After the application of our core techniques in the Landscape Avenue Phase I of Lin-gang Special Area, users reported that compared with other optimal schemes, the cost was saved by 360 million yuan, and the project has been in good use so far. Our techniques would continue to be used in the Phase II-V, and also in key projects such as Shanghai Caojing Chemical Park.
