The Vietnam 2x600 MW Long Phuoc Power Plant project is located in Long Phuoc City, southern Vietnam. The plant area is about 68.8 hectares, and the ground is 15.5~18.5m thick soft soil. It is treated by low-level high-vacuum layered pre-compacting and compaction method, and the pre-compression is 90-100. Today, the construction settlement reached 1.7m, and the soft soil consolidation degree reached more than 90%, meeting the requirements of the project’s bearing capacity and post-construction settlement.
